Customers may request a reimbursement of service fees within 14 days if the delivered service does not align with the agreed scope. Such requests must be submitted through our contact form. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Services can be rescheduled once at no additional cost if notification is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Certain premium or customized packages are non-refundable due to dedicated resource allocation; these options are clearly marked as non-refundable during checkout to ensure transparency.

2. Information Products

Our information products include digital guides, patterns, and tutorials focused on bag storage techniques and new set arrangements. All sales of digital products are final and no reimbursements are generally offered after delivery. However, if a customer encounters technical difficulties that prevent access to the purchased file, a reimbursement may be requested within 7 days following the purchase date. 3. Physical Goods

BagsNewSet provides a variety of storage sets and organizers shipped directly to your address. If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers may choose between a replacement or a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. To initiate this process, submit details and photographic evidence through our contact form. Once approved, replacement items will be dispatched promptly, or a reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days. Prepaid shipping labels for sending back the original merchandise will be provided at no expense to the customer. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
